Joe knows what it takes to build, and scale businesses. A serial entrepreneur with two successful exits — to NYSE-listed PropertyGuru Group and Bursa Malaysia-listed TechnoDex Berhad — he brings an operator’s mindset to every real estate opportunity.

Formerly General Manager of PropertyGuru Malaysia and currently Co-founder and Executive Director of Good School, Joe combines entrepreneurial experience with a deep understanding of investment, transactions and the education sector.

At RE Solutions, he advises institutional clients, investors and asset owners on acquisitions and divestments, with a particular specialisation in education real estate and education assets.

Gideon has spent 14+ years looking at real estate from almost every angle valuation, transactions, asset strategy and management, retail, analytics and entrepreneurship. That breadth has shaped how he approaches real estate today: see the bigger picture first, then find the smartest way forward.

He has a particular knack for unpacking complex real estate challenges, connecting seemingly unrelated dots, and creatively structuring solutions around the commercial realities of an asset. Sabrina sits where research, real estate and data meet. Her experience spans research and advisory, asset management and real estate analytics, with a particular interest in turning complex datasets into insights people can actually use.

With expertise in data analytics and geospatial technology, she brings an evidence-led and highly visual approach to understanding markets, locations, consumers and real estate opportunities.

Her experience spans residential, retail, office and industrial assets, giving her a broad perspective on how different parts of the built environment interact and perform.
